Natural food supplements
Quercus MagneRelax® contains magnesium derived from four different sources. As a result, the magnesium is absorbed in the intestinal tract in four phases. The four sources are magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium glycerophosphate, a patented magnesium acetyl taurinate (ATA Mg®) and magnesium from seawater (Aquamin®Mg), of which the composition is very complex. 3Magnesium supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, the energy-yielding metabolism and the muscles. In addition, MagneRelax® is supplemented with vitamins B6, B9 (folate) and B12. To ensure the optimum absorption of these B vitamins, they are all provided in their active forms. This means that they are directly available for further processing in the body without the need for metabolisation. Quatrefolic® (instead of folic acid) is a fourth-generation 1folate form (5-MTHF) that supports the brain’s psychological functions, such as stress resistance. 2Vitamin B6 and B12 (MecobalActive®, a very pure form of methylcobalamin) contribute towards a reduction of tiredness.
